Tucked among the trees along Lake Fork Creek, Off the Hook offers a peaceful mountain setting with plenty of room for families and groups to gather. The five-bedroom layout includes multiple living areas, comfortable sleeping spaces, and outdoor areas overlooking the river. The main level features a spacious great room with soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and comfortable seating. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island with seating, and an adjacent dining area overlooking the wooded surroundings. Two primary suites are located on the main level, each with a private ensuite bathroom. An indoor hot tub is located just off one of the primary bathrooms and can also be accessed from the hallway. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms and a spacious loft offer room to spread out. The loft features a big-screen TV, foosball table, card table, and second loft area with bunk bed for additional sleeping space. Outside, Lake Fork Creek flows just beyond the expansive deck. Enjoy the riverside fire pit, relax in the hammock, or take in the wooded surroundings. Ample parking for trucks, trailers, ATVs, and snowmobiles makes it easy to bring along recreational equipment for year-round adventures. THE HOME A spacious five-bedroom mountain retreat with two main-level primary suites, an indoor hot tub, an upstairs game loft, and outdoor spaces overlooking the river. Main Level: - Great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, stone fireplace, and TV - Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating, and ample counter space - Dining area with large table for group meals - Bar area - Two primary bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom (one accessible from hallway) - Indoor hot tub accessible from one primary bathroom and the hallway (see notes below for hot tub details) - Access to the expansive outdoor deck Upstairs: - Open loft, divided into two rooms. The first room includes flat screen TV and foosball table. The second room includes a twin over full bunk bed, card table, desk, bathroom and access to the three additional bedrooms. - Three additional bedrooms, all accessed through the second loft room (with bunks) - Full bathroom with shower SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Five bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping area provide flexible accommodations for up to 12 guests. Please remain within the property's riverfront boundaries and do not enter adjacent properties or riverfront areas across the river. HOT TUB DETAILS ** If booking same day** The hot tub needs 24 hours to heat up and may not be warm on arrival if booking within 24 hours of arrival. - Please follow the posted hot tub guidelines to help keep the water clean and safe for everyone. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning costs if improper use requires the hot tub to be drained, cleaned, and refilled, subject to booking platform policies. Our guest services team can confirm the total fee when you request approval. - Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pet hair is found on these surfaces. - Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges, subject to booking platform policies. STARTER SET Complementary with your stay we provide a starter set which includes: Dish soap, a sponge, 2 extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. If you need to cancel outside the refund period, we offer the opportunity for a partial or full refund if the home is successfully rebooked for the canceled dates. Any refund will be based on the amount recovered from the new reservation, up to the amount originally paid.
