Sleeping accommodations include: Primary bedroom with queen bed on the main floor Secondary bedroom with queen bed on the main floor Downstairs bedroom with queen bed Game room with a daybed and trundle providing two twin beds Gas fireplaces in both the great room and primary suite create a cozy setting for cool coastal evenings. A large slate patio at the front of the home includes abundant seating, a gas BBQ and a gas fire pit. Bird feeders attract a variety of local birds to the home's peaceful ridge-top setting. The private hot tub is located on a raised deck just off the primary suite and offers ocean views. The primary suite also features an indoor jetted tub with views of the coast. Should a power outage occur during a coastal storm, a backup generator provides electrical power to the entire house.

The home is conveniently located in the heart of Albion, making it a great base for exploring the Mendocino Coast. Nearby restaurants include Ledford House, Albion River Inn, Heritage House and Little River Inn. As you head north toward Mendocino Village, you'll find many more restaurants and cafes, including Cafe Beaujolais, Mendocino Cafe, GoodLife Cafe and Luna Trattoria.

Albion Flats: About 3 minutes by car, with a protected cove and calm river that are ideal for launching kayaks, canoeing, boating and fishing. Van Damme State Park: About 8 minutes by car, with hiking trails, the pygmy forest and beach access. Mendocino Village: About 13 minutes by car, offering restaurants, galleries, shops, groceries, beaches, historic architecture and blufftop walking paths. Russian Gulch State Park: About 19 minutes by car, with redwood forests, waterfall hikes and dramatic coastal scenery. Point Cabrillo Light Station: About 20 minutes by car, with a historic lighthouse and beautiful coastal trails. Caspar Beach & Frolic Cove: About 21 minutes by car for beach walks and coastal exploring. Fort Bragg: About 30 minutes by car, home to Noyo Harbor, Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, the Skunk Train, beaches, coastal trails, shops and restaurants.

Check-In Form: After booking, guests are asked to complete a short check-in form. This includes our standard rental agreement and verification of guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. Connectivity: High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is provided. As with much of the Mendocino Coast, occasional interruptions or weak cell service can occur due to the remote coastal location. Peace of Mind: For uninterrupted comfort, the home features a permanently installed standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, ensuring all amenities remain operational during any local power outages. EV Charging: An EV charger is available for guest use.
