The main living level is bright and open, with a comfortable living area, a full kitchen with an island and bar seating, and a dining space that all flow together and out to the deck. On the deck and around the home you will find room for the whole group to relax and regroup after a day at the beach. Whether you are here to fish, swim, watch the ships roll by, or simply unwind with family and friends, this home gives everyone space to land steps from the water. Bathrooms Three full bathrooms plus a half bath. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels. Kitchen & Living The full kitchen is equipped to cook for a crowd, with an island, bar seating, and a dining area, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. The open living area has comfortable seating and a TV, and it opens right out to the deck. Outdoor Space The wraparound deck is the heart of this home, with covered dining, bar seating, loungers, all overlooking the Gulf. At ground level there is a BBQ grill, covered parking, a half bath, and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. A car is the easiest way to get around. Port Aransas is reached from Corpus Christi via the JFK Causeway (Hwy 361), or the free Port Aransas ferry from Aransas Pass; Corpus Christi International Airport is about 45 minutes away.
