Wristbands, required for the pools and beach, are available from the Sunchase IV office by the restrooms across from the pool.

A car is the easiest way to get around the island. Sunchase IV is on Padre Boulevard, a few minutes from central South Padre Island and about 30 minutes from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. - Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; only registered guests are permitted. - Minimum age to book is 25. - This home is not pet-friendly; pets are not permitted anywhere in the Sunchase IV community. - No smoking, parties, or events. - This is a two-level unit with an interior staircase; building elevators are available. - Gated resort with 24-hour security; please follow all posted Sunchase IV rules. - Parking is limited to one space. Wristbands for the pools and beach are available at the Sunchase IV office. - Trash goes down the floor chutes in the hallway; the dumpster is on site near the parking lot. - Sunchase IV fire and alarm devices are tied to a central monitored panel.
