- Parking: Street parking is available in front of the house on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Note:

Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 3 registered vehicles. Parking must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.

• Check-in: 4:00 pm

• Check-out: 10:00 am

Access code will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

Perks at this townhome include:

· Central A/C and WiFi

· Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances

· Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes [The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in].

· Pets Allowed: $135+tax per pet, all stay, non refundable, only if bringing pets.

· Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill: let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 + taxes fee to cover the cost of cleaning

· Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)

· Access to the newly opened amenity center with a lazy river, splash pad, fitness center, 9 hole putt-putt golf course, water slides, and so much more!

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

o 1 hand soap per bathroom

o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

o 1 sponge

o 1 dishwasher soap

o 1 paper towel in the kitchen

o 1 laundry detergent

o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
