The main living area features an open floor plan with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dedicated coffee station. The living room includes a 65-inch OLED TV with streaming capabilities. A spiral staircase leads to the primary loft suite, featuring a king bed overlooking the living area and a private bathroom. A door separates the main living area and primary suite from the additional sleeping spaces, which include: Loft bedroom with queen bed Downstairs bedroom with queen bed and private door Workout room with queen Murphy bed, separated from the den by a curtain The home has three full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, along with an office nook and cozy reading nook. The workout room includes a Peloton bike, weight bench, adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells, and yoga mats. After a day exploring the Mendocino Coast, unwind in the private cedar hot tub, relax in the Adirondack chairs among the gardens. An EV charger is also available for guest use.

Cypress Garden House is ideally located for exploring the Mendocino Coast: Russian Gulch State Park: Approximately ¼ mile away, with redwood forests, waterfall hikes and dramatic coastal scenery. The park can be entered on foot free of charge. Point Cabrillo Light Station: About 3 minutes by car, with a historic lighthouse and beautiful coastal trails. Mendocino Village: About 5 minutes by car, offering restaurants, galleries, shops, groceries, beaches, historic architecture and blufftop walking paths. Caspar Beach & Frolic Cove: About 5 minutes by car for beach walks and coastal exploring. Fort Bragg: About 8 minutes by car, home to Noyo Harbor, Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, the Skunk Train, beaches, coastal trails, shops and restaurants.

The cedar tub is a soaking hot tub, there are no operational controls or jets, temp around 102℉. Check-In Form: After booking, guests are asked to complete a short check-in form that includes our standard rental agreement and verification of guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare for your stay. Internet & Cell Service: High-speed Wi-Fi is available at the home. As with many areas along the Mendocino Coast, cellular service can be limited and occasional internet interruptions are possible. Depending on your carrier, Wi-Fi calling may be necessary while at the property. EV Charging: An EV charger is available for guest use. Pet Friendly: The home includes an enclosed dog yard, making it especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs.
