Just steps away, Nani Mala Cove offers a cozy studio retreat with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette, and airy, open living area. Together, the two homes provide a convenient setup for enjoying time together while still having separate spaces to relax and unwind.

Guests have access to two separate lanais, each with an outdoor dining area, a full/queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, and outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at Hawaii’s beaches or exploring the island. A small workspace is also available for remote school or work. There is a laundromat is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive.

The neighborhood: Set in a quiet neighborhood with a tropical rainforest retreat feel, this location offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to local attractions. Enjoy a local farmers market just 5 minutes away, with beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, and Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park all within a short drive.

Getting around: Hilo International Airport is about 30 minutes away, a quick and easy drive. A rental car is recommended for reaching the Puna coast's beaches and Hilo's shopping and dining just down the road. Keaau itself is a small community with a modest walkable center, so most errands call for a short drive.
