Set among the pines in one of Tahoe’s most desirable lakefront communities, this spacious three-story townhome offers two bedrooms plus a loft, two bathrooms, a private workspace, and room for up to six guests. Best of all, you’ll be just steps from Lakeland Village’s private sandy beach and pier, with resort amenities including swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, lakeside fire pits, and more. When it’s time to explore, Heavenly, dining, shopping, trails, and South Lake Tahoe attractions are all close by. 🏡 Cozy Tahoe Living Step inside to warm mountain-lodge character, vintage ski décor, skylights, and plenty of natural light. After a day on the mountain, settle into the living room beside the wood-burning fireplace, curl up on the sofa, and enjoy a movie on the 42-inch TV. The second-floor balcony offers seating for four with views through the forested community and a peek of Lake Tahoe, making it a lovely spot for morning coffee or a little fresh mountain air. 🍳 Everything You Need to Dine In The full kitchen makes meals at home easy with granite countertops, a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, waffle maker, and 12-cup coffee maker. Gather around the dining table with seating for six, or pull up one of three stools at the kitchen bar for breakfast before heading out for the day. 🛏️ Room to Settle In The ground-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, closet, bedside tables, and TV. The second ground-floor bedroom includes two queen beds, a dresser, closet, and TV. Upstairs, the cozy third-floor loft provides a full-size bed, reading chair, lamp, and storage trunk. It’s a tucked-away space with plenty of Tahoe charm. The home includes two bathrooms: one with a shower/tub combination and double vanity, and a remodeled second-floor bathroom featuring a walk-in stone-tiled shower. 💻 Work a Little, Play a Lot Need to check in with the office between adventures? A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair gives you a comfortable place to work without taking over the dining table. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. 🌊 Lakeland Village Amenities One of the biggest reasons to stay here is everything waiting just beyond your door. These amenities are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared and are not exclusive to this individual unit. Beach towels and linens are provided, and seasonal rentals for boats, bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards are within walking distance. ⛷️ From Beach Days to Powder Days This location makes it easy to experience Tahoe in every season. Spend summer days on the lake, explore nearby hiking and biking trails, or take a trip to beautiful Emerald Bay. When the snow arrives, Heavenly Ski Resort is just minutes away. Guests can also take advantage of the free Heavenly ski shuttle, with pickup near the lodge. South Lake Tahoe dining, shopping, Whole Foods, golf, and entertainment are all nearby. You can even leave the car parked and use Lake Link, South Lake Tahoe’s free on-demand transportation service. Good to Know This home accommodates a maximum of six guests at all times, including children. The townhome does not have air conditioning, which is common for homes within Lakeland Village. Central heating is provided. Two parking passes are included. Passes must be displayed while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. A $250 replacement fee applies to passes that are removed and not returned within 72 hours with tracking. Card-operated laundry facilities are available at the Lodge. Pets are not permitted. The home is also non-smoking, including the interior, balcony, and common areas. Privacy-compliant noise monitoring may be used to help prevent noise complaints. Lakeland Village may also maintain exterior security cameras in common areas; there are no video security devices permitted inside the home. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames or smoking are permitted, and parking permit requirements apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
