This unit features a BeautyRest king size bed, Lazy Boy electric recliners, a 50" 4K TV, a full kitchen and a private balcony with outdoor seating giving you room to unwind indoors or enjoy some fresh air outdoors. Just a short five-minute walk brings you to the pristine sands and crystal clear waters of Bonita Beach. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance as well and offer a variety of options for a quick lunch or a waterfront dining experience. The full kitchen includes essential appliances and cookware for preparing meals, while the eat in kitchen area provides a convenient spot to enjoy breakfast or a relaxed meal. This unit contains Air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, cable TV, and ceiling fans to add comfort throughout your stay. When you are not soaking up the sun on the beach or in the pool, enjoy family-friendly activities such as fishing, boating, waverunners, parasailing or a trip to Barefoot Beach Park Preserve which offers an unspoiled 6 mile coastline and natural vegetation to enjoy. Elevators are available in the building, and parking is provided for one vehicle. Bonita Breeze is a 5 minute walk to the beach and ocean, with cycling, fishing, shopping, water parks, and other local activities available in the surrounding area. Parking is strictly enforced and a parking pass is required which can be obtained at the main office in building #3.
