Self check-in is available via smart lock, and we send your personal code before arrival. Parking is available in the community lot for up to two vehicles, first come, first served. This is a two-story unit with exterior steps to enter. In winter conditions, roads in Red River can be snow-packed or icy, and 4WD/AWD may be helpful.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted. No smoking, parties, or events. This is a two-story unit with exterior entry steps and interior stairs; all bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. There is no air conditioning; ceiling fans and Red River's mild mountain climate keep the condo comfortable, and heating is provided for cooler months. The spas are shared community amenities.
