Unit B is a 3rd floor apartment featuring: Primary Suite with King Bed, Spa Bathroom with Shower, Garden Tub, and Dual Sinks 2 Secondary Bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and one with 2 Twin Beds, sharing a full bathroom Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and dishwasher, overlooking the beach Open-plan living and dining with ocean views

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, and one garage. The backyard is shared between the two apartments. The apartment is accessed through and interior corridor and will have a unique smart lock and access code.

Spend your days relaxing on the beach, exploring local shops and restaurants at nearby Historic Bridge Street, or venture farther into bustling Tampa, St. Pete, or Sarasota. A car is not required as Anna Maria’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.

Self check-in with smart lock. You will have the home completely to yourself, but our management team is available 24/7 in case of emergency.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per local ordinance. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not leave children unattended by the pool.
