PARKING

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will receive a parking pass upon arrival at the resort entrance.

The resort permits standard non-commercial passenger vehicles only. Commercial vehicles, U-Hauls and moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

STARTER KIT

A small starter supply of essential items is provided to help you settle in:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 hand soap per bathroom

• 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

• 1 kitchen sponge

• 1 dishwasher detergent

• 1 roll of paper towels

• 1 laundry detergent

• 1 garbage bag

The starter kit is intended for arrival and does not include supplies for the entire stay. Guests are welcome to bring or purchase any additional items they may need.

LINENS & TOWELS

Linens and towels are provided. Guests are responsible for washing them as needed during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available inside the condo.

Please note that washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

HOUSE RULES & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

PARTIES & EVENTS

Parties, events, and loud activities are not permitted. Unauthorized parties that require additional cleaning may result in additional charges. Serious disturbances may be reported to community patrol and local authorities and may result in guests being required to vacate the property.

SMOKING & ILLEGAL DRUGS

Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Illegal drug use or possession is not permitted inside the property or within the community.

NOISE & DISTURBANCES

Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. Outdoor noise and noise traveling outside from inside the condo must comply with local noise ordinances and community regulations.
