Great location for walking to the beach or somewhere to eat. What we didn't love was the gas powered blowers that started as early as 5:30AM nearly every morning. The bar next to the complex had live music every night and sometimes ran past midnight.

This apartment was perfect for a Jaco downtown stay. It was very clean and well air-conditioned, the water was hot, and the beds were comfy. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus! The local management company (we actually visited them) provided everything we asked for that wasn't there (extra kitchen towels, hair dryer). We felt very safe as we were off the main street and behind a park, with a 24/7 guarded gate entrance. We could easily walk to grocery stores, banks, and restaurants. Our only issue was noise - the hedge trimming/leaf blowing started at 5am each morning and ~3 nights a week (we were there 19 nights) the Thunder Bar has horrible loud drumming (which fortunately did not go too horribly late)....
