Condominio Vertical Crocs Unit 1014

The place is spacious and has a lovely view. But needs some love to keep it up.

I would definitely recommend this unit ! The Croc’s is an amazing place to stay and unit 1014 was wonderful. The view from unit 1014 at the Croc’s is absolutely stunning the room itself has everything you could possibly want while on vacation and the Croc’s has the best staff ever. I’ve stayed twice and loved it both times. Also try the restaurant El Manglar across the street from the Croc’s, you won’t be disappointed.

While the location and view of the ocean was wonderful, the condo isn’t in great condition, didn’t feel very clean, and we didn’t have hot water throughout our 4 night stay. The wifi is not good and at times didn’t reach the bedrooms or balcony. When contacting Vacasa about the hot water, they tried asking us to diagnosis the lack of hot water problem ourselves and then failed to communicate any updates as to when and if a maintenance person would be coming to fix the issue. The first time following up, I was told they had come by during the day and fixed the issue… but still no hot water and no communication. The following day I had to follow up three times for someone to finally come out, in which again there was no communication on when anyone would be coming by. Thankfully, we were around for the maintenance team’s visit and they confirmed in person that the hot water was still not working, nor would it be for the remainder of our stay.

Clean, quiet, family oriented. So relaxing. I would come back in a heart beat!

It located on a quiet place, and as soon as you enter the building you would get impressed by the lobby, the casino, cafe, restaurants. The unit has all that you would need, plus thing we all like, such as security, perfect ocean view, safe parking. The internet is not great. I've stayed there in the past and it has improved but its still not there yet as its the hotel shared wifi, its not personal to the unit.
