Very convenience for big families, the location is perfect!

The location of the property is excellent, and it offers a great level of privacy perfect for enjoying time with family or friends. The house itself is beautiful, with a well-designed and comfortable layout that makes the stay very enjoyable. We did experience a few minor maintenance and connectivity issues during our stay, but these were shared privately with the host for improvement. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential and a very pleasant place to stay. Hoping to comeback anytime soon.

I am extremely disappointed with Vacasa and the communication they have with their local team. The house was nice and clean as advertised, however because of miscommunication between Vacasa and their local team half of my guest were not permitted to come on to the property of Ciudad Del Mar which cost myself and my friends hundreds more dollars to find new accommodations and for me to cover their part in cost of staying at Ciudad Del Mar. When i initially booked for the reservation i added 3 names to the booking because i wasn’t sure of the total number people that would be coming on our trip. Once I got the final head count and confirmed that my 3 other guest would be checking in a day later i tried to add them to my reservation but it was only showing up on my end. I called Vacasa after i checked in to rectify this issue to ensure that there would be no issues once the last 3 guest arrived . The agent I talked to updated the number of guest in the system from 3 to 6 and and told me that the check in QR code that i had received initially would be sufficient to check in the new guest once they arrived. This was not the case. Once my 3 other guest arrived they were DENIED by they guards at the gate. Even though i showed them the updated reservation on the Vacasa site, the said that because the QR code didn’t show the names of the new guest they would not be allowed in. I called Vacasa again and the agent said that they would reach out to the local team to fix the issue and that the local team would contact me. To this day, still no one from Vacasa or the local team has contacted me about this issue. Ultimately i had to refund my guest there part in the booking so that they could find other accommodations last minute. I have used Vacasa in the past past with no issue but if this is how you all communicate with local teams and deal with customer issues i will not be booking with you all again and will actively discourage other from doing so as well.

I love this place and wish I could stay longer. The facilities are excellent, everything is very clean, the condo is very nice and well-organized, the club pool is excellent, close to Jaco and Herradura, and easy to access.
