Excellent location, near to beach and lovely quiet neighborhood.

Great location

We have spent both Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays at this home over the years. It accommodated our family of 7. We had additional relatives who live in town over for holiday dinner and there was enough platesand cooking ware. They start you off with enough paper and cleaning supplies. There is lots of seating for dining inside and out however the outdoor patio set is showing wear. Utensils for 11 just eked out as some were tarnished beyond use. The two troublesome issues were the door locks require a lot of male muscle to push door in track and turn the lock into place( several wall attached plaques to tell you about use). The iPad for pool control needed two reboots and a resetting of some issue so you need to be tech savy. I will say the last on-site manager was more attentive than the current one. One of the technical persons employed lived an hour away. We did have a piece of a wobbly step come loose but it couldn’t be fixed until after we left. There were two beach chairs and three kayaks for use. We did purchase some fishing equipment because the dock was great for kids to use. It is nice to have a pool and spa as well as water access. The location is great to other area activities. I have rented several homes on West coast and east and I would give the quality a B overall.

Great property. Minutes from the beach off A1-A! Pool and spa were 10 out of 10. Boat dock and canal awesome. Home layout with separate master sweet great for entertaining a family. Made great memories. Highly recommended.

The stay was so homey and in the perfect location. Loved being on the water and down the street from the beach. Incredibly walkable but loved that the home came with bikes/kayaks. House was equipped with everything you’d need and more! Such a great stay and excited to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space was lovely and serene and the home was clean and served our family well. A few thing could have been better maintained (dishwasher, trash in kitchen, shower door in small bathroom) but overall a great home and convenient location.
