This condo is steps away from a stop for the Intracoastal Water Taxi, which runs from Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill all the way north to Cap’s Place, one of the oldest restaurants in Broward County. First, the pool was out of service. So, no pool in the heat of Florida for the whole vacation. There was no mention of not having the pool in the description, in fact it said there WAS a pool. So, 'Bad' for being deceptive. In addition, they would not give me a reasonable refund for the lack of pool. They refunded me $77 out of $970. They had said they would refund one day but that would have been $113. 'Bad' for that. Then there was the constant jackhammering on the pool. Try to sleep in with that noise. 'Bad' for that. Then there was the fact that we only got 2 washcloths and were told to go to Dollar Tree to get more for ourselves. REALLY???? 'Bad' for that. The kitchen faucet was so wobbly it was about to fall out. BAD for that. I should probably rate it Terrible for all of these things.
