Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to stay at Sunny Oasis. We truly appreciated the property's location—it was convenient and made our visit enjoyable. However, we did notice that the property could use a bit more attention to maintenance. During our stay, we experienced several issues that we'd like to bring to your attention. The middle bathroom shower door wasn't sliding smoothly, which made it difficult to use (though it was fixed after a couople of days). Additionally, we spotted cockroaches in the kitchen area for two-three days, which was concerning. In the master bedroom, the shower seemed to attract flying insects, and we also found a considerable amount of outdoor trash right behind the bedrooms, which invited flies and more cockroaches. Another point to mention is that the swimming pool depth wasn't marked, making it less safe for guests. In the bedroom closets, personal belongings of owners were left and half the closets were locked. Lastly, the AC system was quite loud, making it hard to sleep peacefully at night. We hope you'll address these inefficiencies for future tenants so everyone can enjoy their stay as much as possible. Thank you again for your hospitality and for considering our feedback. The house was in an nice area and close to Hollywood. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The pool and outdoor space is nice with great tropical plants. It could use a little tlc in places and the middle bedroom mattress was reported by daughter to be very firm and not comfortable. There are no blinds on wall of windows/doors to back yard which is unnerving at night. The vegetation is overgrown on side of house at master bedroom rubbing against the wall/window which is very hard to sleep through when it is windy. Overall nice but for price point could use some upgrading and a little spruce up.

Beautiful 50’s style layout with long walks to bedrooms with pool views the whole way. Very clean and neat. Amazing views from the back yard and is situated in a neighborhood of $5-35 million homes all around. Less than one mile to the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk. Close to FLL airport as well. The property manager is amazing and took care of issues and walked me thru everything in minutes. This property is a hidden gem and I’ve rented a lot of homes in the area
