For starters, I was given the incorrect lockbox and could not check into the rental home. Because of this my friend and I could not get into the house to settle in/get dressed and consequently missed our $35 uber that we were not reimbursed for. After being on hold for over 15 minutes, someone called me back with the correct code. I was so scared we had got scammed and wouldn't be able to get in. The only comfortable thing about this home was the bed and cleanliness. However, the bathroom light was missing a bulb, the sink's water pressure was extremely low and the toilet continued to get stopped up. We had a busy schedule (attended an all day music festival) so I didn't even have time to report every issue. Not satisfied and won't be staying here again.
