The only saying that I can honestly say that I loved was there was enough towels. The unit was hard to get into and we had to call verbo to get in. It was never cleaned. There was dirt in the sheets and in the bed and on the floor. The Murphy bed was broken. The couches had holes in them. The shower leaked and caused gnats. There was no dehumidifier in the unit. We did get our cleaning feedback but they would not refund us any of our money. We were told that we had to find a new place to stay.

The location, pool, tiki bar, and beach access were perfect. The room itself was really nice. Just wish there was enough water pressure to rinse the sand off after coming up from the beach. There were also times when we had no hot water.

The stay was fine for the short time we were there, however we were not pleased to find that there was black mold on the ceiling in the kitchen, the shower pressure was not great and the water didn’t feel like it got hot enough. The location was amazing and the hotel amenities like pool and coffee in the lobby were great and honestly, that’s what saved the stay for us. I could leave the room.
