Tucked away near Bass Lake, this secluded vacation home on several acres has all your modern conveniences. The living room features couches and recliners, a brick fireplace with a woodstove built in, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. Amenities include central heat and air conditioning, and a clothes washer and dryer. Outdoors there is a large patio and deck with plenty of seating. Beautiful Bass Lake is about 10 minutes from the house, and lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The nearby town of Oakhurst has shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. It's about a 40-minute drive up the road to enter into the South entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. As a reservoir owned by PG&E, Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually. Things to know: Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Here’s a warm, genuine VRBO review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We originally booked this beautiful home for two nights, but after our first night, we immediately extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The secluded setting near Bass Lake was peaceful and relaxing, yet it was still close enough to enjoy all the local attractions. We especially loved spending time on the spacious patio and deck, and the home was well-equipped for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire property felt welcoming and well cared for. This was exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape near Bass Lake!

I planned my first annual fishing trip with my 3 grown sons. I chose this property because it has 4 bedrooms, so we each had our own room. The bedrooms had queen and king beds, so we were all very comfortable. This property is very close to Bass Lake, which is a great place to enjoy water activites, boating, and dining. It is also about an hour away from the entry to Yosemite, which is a must-do. The only issue we had with the location of this property is that it's located in North Port, which has not many restaurants and only one very overpriced grociery store. I suggest you do all of your food shopping in Oakhurst, which is about 20 minutes away. Overall, we all agreed to book this property next year for our next "Boys' Trip".

Home was accurately represented with descriptions and photos. About 45-50 min to south entrance of Yosemite and another hour from there to Glacier Point or Valley. Hot Tub was nice. I appreciate when a home that *sleeps* 8 has enough dishes, silverware, and dining/lounging space for 8 people - this one did. I felt I received a fair value.

With a cozy fireplace to warm up to after a day's adventure in Yosemite, we enjoyed our Putney stay immensely. And the beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get going in the mornings.
