Great location! House was very clean, would highly recommend a golf cart like we did to get to and from town. It's still a close walkable distance though!

As a family we’ve been enjoying this beautiful home for the last 5 summers and it just gets better every yr! We love Bass Lake and this vacation home so much! A perfect place to create the best memories! We’ll be back next summer!

This home is very nicely equipped and offers simple comfort. Loved the thoughtful amount of towels, TP, paper towels, and napkins (we left extra since we didn't expect to have extra). However the 4:00 checkin process was very frustrating and unrealistic. All other family members coming into Bass Lake for this reunion got to check in by 2:00. Where we tried to get a better time given our situation (traveling with three toddlers from Sacramento), one VACASA agent said they would try to make early checkin possible, another said no way, another said check back day of. When we did arrive, we were told no way again, tried the house early anyway and found the house was clean and ready to access at 3:00 while no one from VACASA let us know. So we were able to checkin early, but to no level of thoughtfulness from VACASA. The dock which is so highly advertised wasn't worth mentioning. I was hoping we could float a raft off of it for the little ones but we never figured out how to get in and the dock was full of boats so no space to play.

This has been our favorite family vacation home for the past 5 years! We truly love it! Plenty of space, renovated, great location and parking is great! Going up and down the hill to the dock makes for some good exercise, but we don’t mind! Can’t wait to go back next summer!

The location was gorgeous. The house was spacious enough for a large family. Very nice kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Close to a dock for lounging or fishing. There were slips for a boat if needed. The price was reasonable and easy to book. Our family wants to come back.
