Bedroom 3 is the kids' favorite, with a queen and three single beds set up across two wooden bunk beds, plus a TV, a large dresser and a ceiling fan under a tray ceiling. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, the natural choice for the lead couple of the trip. Bedroom 5 pairs a double bed with a single, ideal for kids or additional guests. Bathrooms Four full bathrooms keep busy mornings moving. Knotty pine walls, long vanities and glass-door walk-in showers set a rustic tone, while a bright bathroom with an arched window offers a tub and shower combo and oak linen cabinets. One bedroom opens directly to its own bathroom, and the guest suite has a full bath with a walk-in shower. Children's dinnerware and wine glasses mean everyone is covered at mealtime. Game Room Guest Suite Exterior stairs climb to the detached guest suite's private upper entrance. Inside, pine-paneled walls surround an octagonal bumper pool table, a wooden bunk bed, a TV, a glider and a rocking chair, with a full bathroom just through the doorway. It is a perfect hangout for kids and teens. Decks & Outdoor Dining The multi-level wraparound deck is where the days begin and end. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table, fire up the gas grill on the covered porch with its ceiling fan, and gather around the cushioned six-seat dining set under a large umbrella as string lights glow and the sunset colors the sky through the pines. Down in the fenced, grassy yard, picnic tables offer even more room for dining alfresco. Guests enter with a smart lock and have the entire home to themselves, including the detached guest suite above the garage, the wraparound deck, the grill and the fenced yard. A boat slip at the Brier Dock Association is available for guest use. Parking is available for up to four vehicles only, with two driveways that fit two cars each. Parking is not permitted in the garage.
