Bedroom 1 is made for a crowd, with two queen beds and two single beds that sleep six. It is a natural fit for cousins, teens, or a group of friends who want to bunk together. Bedroom 2 pairs a king bed with a queen bed, giving parents and young children room to share while still sleeping well. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a quiet, cozy setting for a couple or a single guest. Bedroom 4 features a king bed, a roomy retreat for a couple who wants space to unwind after a day on the water. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and a separate single bed beneath the window, a smart setup for a parent and child or two friends. Bedrooms 6 and 7 each hold a queen bed, ideal for couples traveling together who each want their own private room. Other 1 is a knotty pine bonus room with a red metal bunk bed (double and single), a sofa, a canoe coffee table, and windows looking out over the lake and forested hills. Kids will claim it the moment they arrive. Throughout the home, bedrooms are full of character: rustic log headboards framed by pine tree views, carved wood beds, a sloped ceiling room with wainscoting and glass French doors, wall mounted TVs, ceiling fans, and an ensuite with a recliner nearby for lazy mornings. Two rooms are set up with bunk beds, including a rustic log bunk with larger mattresses. Bathrooms Four full bathrooms and a half bath keep mornings moving for a large group. One ensuite feels like a spa, with a tile-surround jetted soaking tub beneath a window, a double granite vanity, and a walk-in tiled shower. Another bath charms with yellow walls, black and white tile, a clawfoot tub, a curved corner shower, and a pedestal sink. Towels, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Living Areas The main living room is pure lodge comfort: brown leather sofas gather around a river rock fireplace beneath a vaulted pine ceiling with exposed beams, while a loft balcony looks down from above. The open plan flows into the dining area so no one misses the conversation. A second living room adds tan leather sofas and a loveseat, a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace, a wall mounted TV, and a lodge style ceiling fan for movie nights. Game Room The lower level family room is where evenings come alive. Rack up a game of pool, deal a hand at the octagonal felt poker table, or pour a drink at the granite wet bar with its sink and mini fridge, all beneath tall windows framing the lake, docks, and beach. A TV keeps the big game on. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen centers on a long granite island with stool seating for eight, pendant lights overhead, and a hanging pot rack. Light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, toaster, kettle, baking sheet, and wine glasses make cooking for a crowd easy. A long wooden table under a wrought iron chandelier and log slice ceiling seats eight more, and a breakfast nook with river rock accents opens through a slider to the deck and lake. A second dining area with a glass block wall and French doors adds even more room to gather. Decks & Lake Access Three levels of lighted decks wrap the home in lake views, with outdoor dining sets, patio seating, and a glass table with turquoise chairs for sunny lunches. Fire up the BBQ grill, then follow the stepping stone path across the green lawn to a gated walkway and your new private dock, where forested mountains rise across the water. The location on the lake and near the town is top notch. The home and kitchen were clean and well-equipped. There were only two problems: First was the exterior was not clean…bird droppings everywhere. Second was that the awesome number of beds did not match the scarcity of bathrooms. Really only room for three couples who would share with all of their children (not a problem.) But a fourth couple (and kids) could only have their own private bathroom if they trek to the basement, which is two floors away. The place is good enough that it might be worth it, but we’d have to weigh it as a group before we’d book again.

Beautiful location on Bass Lake and walking distance to the marina. Home easily accommodated our large party of 24 plus two small dogs. Parking was plentiful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Home could use some maintenance, but is comfortable and has basic amenities.

The only thing you should be aware of that there will be a lot of going up and down the stairs of this amazing four level house. The only difficulty but worth it. Nice spacious house with a lot to offer. We loved our stay and will definitely come back if we visit bass lake again.

Our family of 21 absolutely loved staying at Humphreys Lakefront home. The location is ideal, beds are comfortable, house is clean and has plentiful supplies. The property managers gave us top notch service with anything we needed. We look forward to coming back.

We loved the lay out of the house especially the large kitchen and family room.

We love the location and dock access - it makes the trip perfect. I loved the trip but would caution future guests to lower their expectations with the wording “luxe” as the location is second to none but the home itself could use some love and care.
