Easy to find, lots of room. Great location to walk to restaurants, store and the lake. Would definitely recommend it.

An adorable little cabin! It had all the perfect amenities for our short little get away. I wish we could have stayed longer! Already thinking of when we can come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at our Vacasa vacation rental near Bass Lake! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were cozy, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Bass Lake and close to Yosemite, making it convenient for both lake activities and sightseeing. Check-in was simple, and the property was exactly as described. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and created many great family memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting the Bass Lake area!

Pros: - very well-stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, utensils, knives, cups, mugs, pots, pans, baking dishes, muffin pans, tongs, spatulas, etc, plus fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove, oven) - spacious and comfortable common areas - fast, reliable internet (pro-tip: the password is on the router, if you're like me and forgot to write it down before arriving and then had no service at the cabin to look up the password on the reservation page) - MANY beds - clean - good shower Cons: - all three (weekday) mornings that we were there, neighbors started using leaf blowers and/or power tools shortly before 8am - the upstairs gets hot easily (fans are provided, but since the nights still cooled down a lot when we were there in mid-June, we didn't use them) - most of the mosquito screens have holes in them

The cabin was closed to the lake.

We are reasonable people and completely understand that hosts are running a business and need to make money. However, we were incredibly disappointed by the lack of flexibility and basic empathy from this host. We experienced an unexpected family emergency and had to cancel our trip. We contacted the host on May 20th for a May 29th check-in—giving them 9 days' notice—hoping to get a partial refund, a reasonable accommodation, or the ability to reschedule for a later date. Instead, we were met with a strict policy: we were only allowed to move our dates within a narrow 7-day window of our original reservation. Because the house was already fully booked the weekend before and the week after our dates, the only literal option available to us was moving the check-in two days ahead. Obviously, that does not help when you are dealing with an ongoing family emergency. We were completely unable to stay and the hosts refused any meaningful compromise. Beware if you rent this house—if life unexpectedly throws you a curveball, do not expect any reasonable accommodations or flexibility here
