This lakefront home makes the perfect getaway for your Bass Lake stay. Enjoy the private deck and private dock offering unobstructed lake views and access. The outdoor patio furniture with a gas grill offers a perfect place for dining under the stars or watching the sunset. The four-bedroom, three-bath layout can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group, with king, queen, and double beds, and a futon in the office. This two-level home features two bedrooms and a convenient full kitchen on each level. The two levels can be connected or left separate - your choice! There is also a clothes washer and dryer, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels. THINGS TO KNOW

Great stay
Love everything, the view the place the tranquility it was a great time .thank you
This home was the perfect location for our stay. It has a direct walkway to the dock which my family found easy to access the water without having to drive anywhere. They got up and headed to the jetskis every morning. The water was deep enough for the boat to come up to the dock for loading and unloading. We saw some wildlife(raccoons and skunks) at the house which intrigued out littles 😉, we relocated and watched them from inside. Once they saw there was no food, they moved on. Note to others: PUT YOUR FOOD AND TRASH INSIDE WHEN YOU ARE DONE FOR THE DAY. We absolutely LOVED the fact that there was 4 bathrooms. Only downside was that there was no A.C. But if you are hot, jump in the lake! Bring a fan for night comfort, there are a few fans that the home provides. The 2 full kitchens were also a bonus for food storage and cooking. I would most definitely book this home again. The furniture is a little dated, but I didn’t come to sit inside the house. We came to enjoy the lake and have a place to shower amd sleep in between, AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE DID. One more thing, there is 1 tv in the first floor and none upstairs. My son brought a monitor to play his video games fortunately lol. So keep that in mind if you have a gamer.
We loved the view, the decks and the dock for hanging on the water. We also loved the location for its close proximity to the Pines Resort Area.
This home was perfect for our family.
It's a lake house with age and character, as any real lake house is! There was plenty of room for all of our party to spread out, have space (teenagers need too), or hang out in the large living areas and outdoors on the MANY decks and patios. The upstairs kitchen (we didn't use the downstairs kitchen) was huge, totally organized, and fully stocked with all the necessary cooking and baking supplies. We made Thanksgiving Dinner for 11 people with no problem. The kitchen counter and table were a big hangout area and it was super comfy and spacious. The fireplace with the Grandpa and Grandma recliners was super cozy and the dining table off the living room overlooking the lake was the perfect place to eat, drink, and make merry with our friends. The only akward thing is the staircase to get between the two floors going through a bathroom and bedroom. Be sure whomever uses that room is fine with people walking through all the time...and remembers to lock the bathroom door. :-o This quirky home with the kitschy decor was perfect for our group of teenagers and friends for a Thanksgiving at the lake. Thank you for sharing the home. We loved it and would stay again at the drop of a hat.
