Bedroom 1 features a king bed and gives a couple a roomy, restful retreat after a day on the water. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a comfortable fit for another couple or a parent traveling with family. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and suits a single traveler, older kids, or a couple who wants a quiet, cozy room. Bedroom 4 features a second king bed, so two couples in the group both get a generous bed. The office adds a futon, a handy spot for an extra guest or a teen. Across the bedrooms you will find cottage touches that make each room feel personal. One room has large corner windows looking out over the water, another has a small electric fireplace beside a window that glimpses the deck and lake, and others have cane and wicker headboards, a white iron bed with a built-in bookshelf, and antique wood dressers. Bathrooms Four full bathrooms keep mornings moving for a full house. Expect tub and shower combos, one with a handheld showerhead, plus a glass-door stall shower and a marble-look vanity under a mirrored ceiling. Fresh towels are stacked and ready when you arrive. A stone fireplace framed by two recliners invites slow evenings with a book, with firewood stacked outside. A second bright living room offers leather recliners, a patterned sofa, built-in shelves and a large picture window over the turquoise water and wooded shoreline. Cable TV and a DVD player cover movie nights. Kitchen & Dining Two full kitchens let the group cook together or split up. One has teal and white cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, an electric range, a dishwasher and coffee makers. The other is an L-shaped kitchen with hanging copper pots, a toaster oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. A blender, rice maker and wine glasses are on hand, and an extra refrigerator in the hallway holds drinks for the dock. A wooden breakfast bar with four swivel stools is the morning gathering spot. For dinner, round wood tables seat six beneath wrought iron chandeliers, beside a leaded glass china cabinet and sliding doors that open to the lakeside deck. Decks & Private Dock The decks are where this home shines. A carved wooden eagle watches over patio tables with views of boat docks and forested hills, while lounge chairs face the wide blue lake. The covered deck has striped cushioned loungers and a wooden table for six overlooking the dock and mountains across the water, and a gazebo-covered dining deck with a carved wooden bear adds another spot to eat outside. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in summer and is lowered by 50 percent during fall and winter each year, so summer levels vary with winter rain and snowfall. The entire home is yours, including both levels, both kitchens, the decks, the gazebo-covered dining area and the private dock. Parking is available for one vehicle at the home, including the carport. No boat or trailer parking is permitted. Please park only at the home and do not block any other home.
