This three-story condo enjoys the perfect Garden City location, on a gentle slope that provides a commanding view of the water. You'll be about 200 yards from the community pool and tennis courts, half a mile from Bear Lake State Park, and just over a mile north of downtown. It's a lovely spot to relax after a day spent boating from the marina, pedaling on the bike path, ATVing or hiking on local trails, or skiing Beaver Mountain. Each of the condo's three floors has its own balcony or patio, giving you wonderful outdoor spaces for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, evening cocktails, and everything in between. Inside, the main living space is on the second floor, with central air running throughout the condo for your comfort. Enjoy a front living room with a gas fireplace and a cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room with an adjoining den that offers even more after-dinner seating. In the evenings, find two bedrooms on the top floor - including a primary suite with its own TV and balcony - and a third bedroom with a TV and an entertainment space on the ground floor. Our family of 6 enjoyed our time here. It was within walking distance to the marina and less than 5 min drive to all the raspberry shakes we could handle. It was clean and just as described in the listing. We would stay again.

Positives: The place had great view of the lake. The TVs were nice. Didn’t use the jetted tub but it seemed nice. It was great to have outdoor balcony access on each level. Offered late checkout at 2:00 which was really nice. Negatives: Musty smell on the main level, no air vents in the master bedroom, the top level with two bedrooms got very hot. One of the beds had a coil mattress that was very thin. Noticeable cosmetic damage to the doors and walls. It didn’t necessarily feel dirty but it looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Garbage from previous guests was left under the bed. The basement with two beds had very loud utilities that made it hard to sleep. Overall it was as fine to stay at but felt very dated and just not up to the standard of other VRBOS we’ve stayed at.
