Tons of room, very well equipped.

we arrived to a dead mouse in a trap in the living room. Over the course of the next three nights we twice saw a live mouse. One of the bedrooms upstairs did not have clean sheets. There were hairs all over the sheets. When we requested clean sheets, after looking throughout the entire house for an extra set that we couldn’t find, we were told it would be four hours because the sheets, bedspread and mattress cover that were removed from the bed would need to be washed and dried before they could be returned. Five hours later the sheets were returned as queen size for a king size bed. The mattress cover was the correct size and it was suggested that my son and daughter-in-law just sleep on the mattress cover! The girl who brought the clean sheets said “well it’s my dinner time so you’ll have to wait until after I eat to get the right size sheets. “ In the main floor bedroom the dresser only had four drawers available because the others were filled with personal effects of someone else. In this same bedroom, the cold water did not work in the en suite bathroom sink. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, and only half of the outlets in the bedroom worked. The faucet in that same bathroom dripped. All the other bedroom closets were locked and were not available for use. In the main floor bathroom there was a hamper full of dirty towels. One of the bed pillows had a large blood stain on the pillowcase. Outside three of the deck chairs were broken, and when my son sat in one it collapsed, and he cut his finger. We were excited to use the popcorn machine, only to find it was full of burnt popcorn and filthy dirty. We found the barbecue grill on the porch/patio in the same condition. For the most part we had an enjoyable time, but these conditions detracted from our experience. The ping-pong table, foosball table, and giant connect four were enjoyed by everyone. The kids played with the sand toys in the beach and loved being in the water. Also, the volleyball net was used several times each day. Compensation, for these unpleasant circumstances would certainly be appreciated, as we spent quite a bit of money on this rental house.

I regret to report that while this home has tremendous potential, it is not being managed properly. Upon arrival, we found the property in complete disrepair: the carpets were filthy, the vacuums were broken, and the dishwasher was clogged and filled with the previous guests' dirty dishes. The garage, which is designated as a game room area for kids, smelled strongly of cat urine. Additionally, the bedding was questionable, leading my daughter and me to sleep on the couch for the first two nights until we had time to wash and clean the beds ourselves. The property is in dire need of pest control as bugs were everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Despite reaching out to management several times, I received only apologies with no concrete action taken to address these issues. I spent the first two days of my vacation cleaning the property just to make it somewhat usable. For the rate we paid, this experience was unacceptable. I am typically easy to please and have rarely left negative reviews, but given that it has been almost a month since our stay with no effort made by management to offer compensation or resolution, I feel compelled to warn other guests. It is crucial for potential travelers to be aware that this property is not being properly maintained. To management: despite my previous inquiries being ignored, I will continue to seek a resolution that is fair and agreeable.

Very dirty and in disrepair.

We loved the big room for kids to sleep together and that the mothers had their own room . Grandma stayed downstairs so she didn’t have to climb stairs. The garage with toys was nice with washer and dryer and dishwasher was great. The two main TVs were nice so kids use upstairs and teenagers downstairs. Nice and plenty of towels. Just wish the access to lake had more sand and not so much mud

Great location! Loved being right on the water and so close to town. We loved the games in garage, size of all bedrooms and the big bunk room. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen was stocked well. There were several issues we encountered, but Vacasa handled them quickly. Cleaning service isn’t great, especially for the fee you pay.
