The beautiful shores of Bear Lake are mere blocks from this newly built townhouse, a wonderful home base for boating, fishing, and skiing in and around Garden City. You'll even have a fleet of three kayaks to take out on the lake's brilliant blue waters. This two-story townhome is part of a brand-new development that sits one mile north of downtown Garden City. You'll be three-quarters of a mile from the Bear Lake State Park Marina (a great spot to rent watercraft), in between the Bear Lake Golf Course and the Bear Lake West Golf Course (four miles south and north, respectively), and an easy 13-mile drive from Beaver Mountain Ski Area. As new construction, the interior of this home is polished and uncluttered, with a well-equipped kitchen greeting you as you enter. After a day spent kayaking or water skiing, come home to prepare a homemade meal using stainless steel appliances, a center prep island, and a gas grill just outside. The spacious living room awaits upstairs, offering a foosball table, a smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace, and a peek-a-boo view of Bear Lake. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and smart TVs in all three bedrooms are provided for your comfort as well.
