It is also within walking distance of a marina, as well as Garden City Beach, and great Mexican cuisine at Cafe Sabor. Just a short drive away, you can also experience the Minnetonka Caves and the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. THINGS TO KNOW The shared hot tub and outdoor pool are only available in summer.

A mouse that freaked us out basically ruined our stay. The house never cooled down the first night even with the AC on. Porch light was burned out, so it was hard to unlock the door after dark. Too many warnings about what NOT to do.

Amazing views in a comfortable, well-maintained and very clean condo. Community pool was perfect for family playtime with no truly deep end so there's room for games and play, along with a a large hot tub for adults to soak away Beds and couches are comfortable. Plenty of space for the family to spread out with room for adults to watch one movie while kids watched another (or teens with different interests watching their own things). Appliances are working though older and everything else seemed near new because it was so clean and well maintained. Check-out tasks was a very short and reasonable list (Take out garbage, start towel load, make sure key is left and log out of streaming services). Fantastic location that's easy to access, near town, with spectacular views of the lake and Garden City. (Just be sure to look at addresses because maps app identified the wrong building.)
