The Garden City Park is two miles away, and it's 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake offers some of the best snowmobiling in all of the state of Utah. Over 300 miles of groomed trails and endless hill climbing. You can four-wheel or snowmobile right from this condo. There was so much to do. Swimming, hot tub, tennis. Basketball, trails for running, walking, biking. Feeding the fish at the Marina. Time on the beach and lots of fun games in the condo. We had a great time, 100% recommend.

This condo is in a fantastic complex directly across from the marina where we had a slip for the weekend. We could walk or drive across the street to gain access to our boat. The complex has tennis courts, basketball, pool, etc. The local grocery store is a walkable distance as well. Would highly recommend!

This rental was so great. It was really clean and was right next to the pool and tennis courts. Loved how many beds there are so we could fit our family comfortably. Two big bathrooms was also a huge bonus.
