The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with beautiful lake views. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our stay was severely impacted by poor property management. The A/C failed during our visit, and despite repeatedly contacting Vacasa, we were left without proper air conditioning for 2.5 out of our 5-day stay. Portable A/C units were installed only at the end of the second day, and they were not sufficient for everyone. Some family members had to sleep without A/C, including a group traveling with a 2-year-old child and a 60+ year-old family member, during temperatures exceeding 95°F. Communication with Vacasa was extremely disappointing. We received repeated assurances but very little actual support, making an already frustrating situation even worse. To make matters worse, the property has no Wi-Fi, which was not clearly disclosed. In today’s world, that’s a significant omission. The laundry also stopped working during our stay, adding yet another inconvenience. A nice property cannot make up for unreliable management. The multiple maintenance failures and lack of timely support completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing vacation. I would not stay here again or recommend it unless the property management significantly improves.

This cabin was clean, cozy, and had a great view of Bear Lake.

Home was super nice and decorated so cute . Had nice amenities.

Area is perfect. Close to stores, shops… Some issues with the cabin, a little difficult to get in touch with a local maintenance person for help

Cleanliness

Our family LOVED staying here. The views of the lake and other mountain scenery are spectacular. The big wrap around deck provides a wonderful way to experience outdoors very near the convenience of the cabin. The interior is well decorated and comforting. The amenities were fantastic, aside from not having WiFi available. Such a gorgeous house in a beautiful mountain setting in a prime location for Bear Lake. I highly recommend this property.
