This is the perfect year-round vacation spot to enjoy amazing snowmobiling and ATV trails found throughout the Garden City area and up into Idaho, while the Beaver Mountain Ski Area is just 12 miles away. There were plenty of rooms/beds for everyone. There is a nice deck with a couple of picnic tables and a railing to hang wet beach clothes to dry. We enjoyed our time together as a family, and the little kids especially had a lot of fun at the beach, and also running around the back yard of this home.

There was nothing to love about this home. Ok maybe the deer in the area and the view was ok. Pics are deceiving and it’s way overpriced for what you get. It’s an old double wide trailer with a basement. If you plan on parking 10 vehicles there they better be small. The yard is terrible.
