It was nice and well stocked. We had 4 people and it was comfortable for us. The only issue was the dog across the street barked continuously.

The property is advertised as sleeping 6, but the living area is very small and the furniture is undersized, making it uncomfortable for a full group. The swivel chairs are unstable—my 70‑year‑old mother‑in‑law fell when one tipped as she stood up. The house also rocks easily when people move around. The unit is the second from the dumpster, so noise and occasional debris are issues. The patio was unusable due to the owners large cart blocking part of the space, and the patio furniture is worn out and needs replacing. The outdoor shower is a nice feature, but the gravel area had dog poop even though we didn’t bring a pet. The balcony bench is rusted and feels unsafe for two people. Indoor water pressure is very low; the outdoor shower works better. The noise ordinance sensor didn’t seem to function—neighbors were loud until 4 a.m. The home sits at a dead end, so towing anything makes maneuvering difficult. Overall, the place needs maintenance, updated furniture, and better attention to cleanliness and safety to match the listing and comfortably host six guests. This may be why there are some old cots under the bed but not advertised in listing. We left it cleaner than when we arrived.

All in all it was a great stay the only really inconvenient side that theres a 6 seater golf cart in the outside under home patio area of which took up half the area. If it was left in the golf cart parking outta the way would have been nice. Make sure to pack extra toilet paper only one is provided.

The house had a great location and had a great layout. We wished the living room furniture was more comfortable and usable but overall a great house!
