Spend sunny days fishing the Rockport Pier, swimming at Rockport Beach, or exploring the shops on downtown Austin Street -- all a short drive from your retreat. LIVING AREA Unwind in the living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and coastal-chic decor. Watch favorite shows on the 50” Roku TV. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. When you’re ready to eat, serve tasty creations at the dining table for six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-story home sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleep soundly on the queen bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Kick-start your morning with a cup of coffee on the screened front porch, detailed with seating for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to four cars total. Two cars can park in the driveway, and two cars (or one car and a boat) can be parked under the carport. This single-story home is accessed via eight steps. THE LOCATION Your retreat is in the ideal location for birders, and is a short 3-minute walk to the Aransas Bay and its beautiful vistas. Cast a line from Rockport Pier, located just a mile away. Just 2 miles away, you’ll find Cove Harbor Marina and Drystack, a popular boat launch site. Drive just 6 minutes to reach fun in the sun, surf, and sand at Rockport Beach. While you’re in the area, head to downtown Rockport’s Austin Street for the best local shopping and dining options. Walk 3 minutes to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary to find nearby natural bliss. Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree -- one of the largest live oaks in the world -- are 11.4 miles away. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
