Less than 200 feet from the sparkling Gulf, you can easily spend days between the beach and the shared pool. This coastal townhome provides ample room to relax and entertain, with multiple outdoor spaces. A ground-floor guest suite with a kitchenette offers convenient access to the pool. Enjoy being within a short drive of delicious restaurants and shops. Unwind in the sunny living area, furnished with a queen sofa bed, a sofa, and a recliner. A 60” TV with a sound system sets the scene for hosting a movie night. The sparkling, modern kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a spacious island. You’ll have all the cookware and gadgets needed to create delectable meals. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing beach snacks, complete with a mini-fridge, sink, and microwave. The tranquil primary bedroom features a private balcony with Gulf views and seating. All the bedrooms have TVs, and two have en suite bathrooms. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is unheated. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

I recently stayed at this beautiful getaway in Corpus Christi, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach, allowing for easy access to the beach. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There was more than enough room, a beautiful open kitchen , a refreshing pool right out the back door off the covered patio, and a private attached 2 car garage that fit 2 full size trucks. The process to reserve was so easy and not a big hassle. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach or explore the local area, this place is ideal. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it to future guests looking for a memorable seaside escape! Thank you for making out trip to the beach a breeze:) We will be back !

The house had all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed for a family of 10. However, there were numerous things that didn’t work (garbage disposal, dishwasher, tv in downstairs bedroom) and were falling apart (shower curtains, toilet paper holders, washer, dryer, lights in closets, remotes). I was disappointed with how many requests I made while we were there for a week.

House was not cleaned - dirty towels , dirty cups with coffee stains, trash by front door at arrival. TV would not connect to Roku - could not even watch the Spurs Game ! Called 3 times for help and each time “someone is on the way” or they “will call you shortly” No calls received and no help ever arrived! Condo has great location, nice setup- but was not properly cleaned and customer service was poor.
