Walk to shops and eateries with ease, or head downtown for dining and entertainment (4 minutes). Treat yourself to waterpark fun at Waves Resort Corpus Christi (20 minutes). Take to the fairways at Palmilla Beach Golf Course (5 minutes), or rent a boat and fishing gear from Woody’s Sports Centre (6 minutes). Birding enthusiasts will love the trails at the Port Aransas Nature Preserve (6 minutes). **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
