This townhome is the perfect place for a family or group vacation! The high ceilings, open-concept living area, and full kitchen will make you feel right at home. There is a private washer/dryer and a dining room table. You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool with water features for the kids. This home is located in the Nemo Cay Resort, where you will be close to everything Corpus Christi has to offer. You will be only a short drive to many local restaurants and shops. While you are out, take a three-mile drive and visit Mustang Island State Park for some hiking, kayaking, biking, and fishing. You will be less than two miles from Whitecap Beach, the entrance to the Padre Island Seawall. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
