We've stayed here every summer, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and close to everything we need. The home is spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of room for everyone to relax. It's become our family's favorite summer getaway, and we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The house had everything needed for a short stay. The main bed was comfortable, the pull out couch bed was dirty. Close to the pool and grill for easy cooking. The main issue was the cleaning crew. we paid for the late check out at 2pm. We had someone literally walk into the unit with no knocking at 12pm to ask if we had a late check out. Then my husband was taking the kids to the car to grab my Mother’s Day surprise when another cleaning person tried entering the unit again. Every time we stepped outside, we were questioned. I will never pay for the late check out again, not worth being harassed and having our privacy invaded.

The good: the unit was nice, clean, and a great location on the island. The complex is quiet, which was appreciated. The pillows were fantastic! The not goo: The gates to the pool (which is heavily advertised in the rental listing) were locked and there was no key in the unit, so we called Vacasa. They told us the gates should be open and that the property manager would call us. We did not receive a call, so we called Vacasa back. They told us there should be a key, but the key was not in the spot they said it should be, nor was it anywhere else in the rental. They said we would receive a call from the local property manager. We did not. The pool was not closed--it was open to residents and those renting units (like we were) but Vacasa/the property manager did not provide the key or respond to our multiple inquiries. A real bummer for the kids. A resident did let us in once, which was so nice, but you can't get *out* of the pool area without a key either, so be forewarned if that happens.

The bed was comfortable that’s it! Would not stay in this one again. We have stayed at several different ones at Palm Bay this one was the worst.
