We only liked that it was by a canal. The property management never sent anyone to repair the refrigerator or the box spring. I deserve a refund. I will not use VACASA anymore.

Although a good location and price, this property is rather shabby and in need of updates. The carpet was gross (I wouldn’t walk around in bare feet), the plastic shower curtain was stained, ripped, and falling apart. The mattresses were not comfortable. The whole downstairs had an awful smell. I was expecting perhaps Holiday Inn Express level quality, but instead this was like a Budget Inn.

Enjoyed the decks and fishing off the pier. Take your cleaners, shower liner, kurig or coffee grounds and filters. Do not plan on bbqing.

The house was clean easily accessible by boat! If you bring a boat with you, to utilize the slip, you will need to get a parking pass at the POA office. FYI-you will have to leave your vehicle CONNECTED to your trailer at the boat ramp as there is no trailer parking at the unit.

Location for fishing was great. Neighbor was awesome! The unit itself has been neglected. The online pics are so much better than in person. Lots of things were broken and the mattresses were all truly awful. Needed to be replaced years ago. The kitchen doesn’t have much so if you are cooking get ready to improvise. I would only go back to that unit if the neighbors were there so we could hang with them. I used to own two rental managed by Vacasa so I was very disappointed in the quality of this vacation home.
