They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. There is an ATM down the street from the condos. **There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. ** *** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas.
