Loved the lazy river and pools. Gym looked nice, good equipment. Nice access to beach but you have to ask where it is. Liked the security of the place - top notch. Highly recommend. Plan to go back.

This was the perfect location for our trip. It’s a corner unit so it’s a bit bigger than others we’ve stayed in and has a beautiful view. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Thanks!

2 adults in our early 60's, 2nd visit to Dimond Beach. Kids and grandkids stayed in a different unit. The unit, 419 itself was great, open and roomy, and close to the elevator. The kitchen is stocked with lots of plates, 2 sets, bowls, cups and glasses. For meal prep, 1 med. and 1 large mixing bowl and a few utensils. If you plan to do little food prep, you will be okay. If you plan on doing more cooking, then you will disappointed. There are 3 cooking pots, 1 ectra big, 1large & 1 med. and a few pans. They all have scratched non stick Teflon, so if you're avoiding Teflon coating, you might want to bring a pan. Nothing to put leftovers in, bring your own. The keurig machine worked well, bring your own pods. There is also a small electric hot pot for hot water. The patio is roomy, 2 chairs and foot stools. The view is very limited as this unit is tucked into a corner. Birds didn't bother us by being on the patio in this area. You can see just a small bend in the lazy river and nothing of the main pool. King bed is very high, there is a step stool next to the laundry you could use to help get in. The sheets were to small and kept pulling off at the corners, extra large pocket sheets would fit better and avoid this. Lots of bed pillows to choose from. The chain to the fan above the bed needs to be replaced, as it is broken off. Closet is big and has several nice wood hangers, and a good place to store luggage. Didn't use the tv in tne main area, it is BIG! Tv in the bedroom also never used, it sits on a dresser with drawers to use for clothes. There was an assortment of items in the closet to use at the beach, chairs, tube, toys, very nice. 😎 Bathroom- the shower lever was missing and it took a few minutes to figure how to push the broken screw in to get it to function. Bathtub has very high walls, if you are older or unsteady you will have difficulty. Plastic Shower curtain was very moldy, asked and it was replaced and Kyle had it done in record time. Thanks Kyle!!!! Overall we enjoyed the unit for our 5 night stay.
