Nothing about this place was good.

A weekend getaway with my girls and it's amazing everytime

I picked this property due to it seeming like a resort, except it did not feel that way. There are stains on everything, including the walls and even the pillows when you take off the pillowcases. The bed is not comfortable, and the bathtub immediately fills up with water and does not drain while you were taking a shower. Again, stains on everything including the couch, the kitchen chairs, the walls, the floor, etc. The only thing good about this property is access to a pool and the proximity to the beach and the Strand. Hopefully the other units are cleaner than ours was but unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.

Location was GREAT. Condo was great other than a few minors things with bed frame and toilet but made it work. Pools are beautiful. Balconies are decently sized.

Loved the view from balcony, rental unit was cute, easy access to the beach across the street, the pool was nice, clean, and heated. Parking under the building was nice during rain storms. The not so great were: Entry door was covered in mold/mildew and left you wondering what’s on the other side of the door. A dirty shower curtain had brown scum on the inside and had to be replaced, the coffee maker had a filthy reservoir, and toilet reservoir would not refill automatically that had to be reset manually each time. I sent a txt to Vacasa and received an immediate response. The shower curtain was replaced within the hour. The person replacing shower curtain was very nice and apologetic but did not have a work order for the coffee maker and offered cleaning supplies. The toilet problem was not addressed during my stay, aside from minor inconvenience it worked. Not what I expected for the price paid.

We have stayed at the Victorian condos for years, as we love the grounds, views and the convenient location. This particular unit needs a little work, the bed needs to be replaced as it feels like it’s sinking in the middle, the bunk bed ladder was sketchy and would come unhooked while my child was on the top bunk. We really enjoyed the larger balcony as we like to sit outside and listen to the birds with our coffee in the mornings. The couch was big enough for all 4 of us to enjoy a movie together before bed.
