Negative 0. Problems with locks, pipe in ceiling dripping onto shower seat and splashing on bathroom floor, shower rod held up by toilet paper, half the burners working, floor and baseboards dirty, cracks in microwave door, furniture chipped/knicked/peeling, water damage to cheap coffee tables, worst sofa in the world felt like concrete and patio sliding door had to be held up to move. Only thing that worked was internet. Don’t count on proactive or follow-up and addressing issues.

Did not love anything!! Lock on door quit working, balcony door could not lock back up and very hard to open. No hand soap in bathroom. Sofa was horrible. Leak in bathroom shower was annoying. After waiting 2 hours for a lock smith we did not feel safe staying so we went elsewhere for our remainder vacation. We’re told we would be compensated for lunch but had all our money locked up while waiting on locksmith.

We left early due to the accommodations - cleanliness, broken stove top, etc. Front desk was not helpful at all when I called to see if I left something in the room. Overall bad experience.

Plus: The condo is a cross from the beach. Queen bed was comfortable. Negative: shower had continuously dripping from ac vent into entire shower flooring with yellow coloring. The 4 burner stove top did not work after cooking 3 bacon slices. The sliding door you have to manhandle to close and then it does not lock securely opening 8 plus inches with the current locking mechanism. The TV has very limited channels available mostly kid channels. This unit was not usable in its current situation. We were moved to a unit that was livable after a night without a shower and no breakfast.

I loved the cleanliness. I loved the no pet policy. I loved the view of the beach and location of the property. I loved the affordability. The room was cozy and quaint. I’m thoroughly pleased with this condo.
