With an unbeatable location, you'll be just a 5-minute walk from the beach, as well as nearby restaurants and shops, and only a 2-minute drive by golf cart. With so many local attractions within driving distance, you’re sure to have a wonderful time! Check out the Red Dragon Pirate Cruises and sail the waters with your own motley crew. Slow it down at the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and take a lovely stroll along its boardwalk and snap a couple of pictures. After a fun-filled day, head on back to your home away from home and enjoy its many relaxing amenities. One of the best features of Martinis & Marlin is its private, heated pool, enclosed by a wood fence for privacy. Enjoy some coffee poolside first thing in the morning, or cocktails after a busy day at the beach. Relax and soak up the sunshine any time of day on the comfortable and sturdy patio furniture. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower located by the pool to easily rinse yourself or your beach toys before going into the house. Inside, the home features two primary bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy for guests. You’ll find smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as a full gourmet kitchen where you can enjoy preparing a large family meal for everyone. There’s also plenty of seating at the kitchen island and a spacious dining table for everyone to gather around. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
