All of this is downstairs for outdoor fun! Heading to the beach? You'll be able to freely use the on-site boogie boards and beach toys. Enjoy cooking? The full kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and a large breakfast bar, perfect for large groups and entertaining, with a charcoal grill and deep fryer on site (please bring your own gas). 75”, 48”, and 32” smart TVs, and a 32” AV/source TV in the bunk room for gaming, an array of family (and adult) games, and a telescope too. Central AC and ceiling fans throughout will keep everyone comfortable. Plan on working while here? Find a desk in both the bunk room and the primary to assist. A 50-amp plug for your RV/EV is available if you request access ahead of time. Take advantage of the fenced yard and driveways for a secure space for the kids.
