An abundance of windows deliver warm Texas sunshine to the cupola area. You’ll also find ample desk space. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will be delighted to find granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch with drinks at the kitchen bar for two as dinner simmers. Share home-cooked meals around the table for four in the dining area. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is detached from the main house with a separate entrance and includes a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Gather on the spacious deck to admire the scenery at any time. Four Adirondack chairs set the scene for morning coffee or evening cocktails. At night, light the built-in LED lights for extra allure. Other local attractions include the Maritime Museum and The Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, each of which is 1 mile. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
