Our ac unit was acting up after we got back from the beach our first night. I called and within less than an hour they had someone come and check the problem and get it situated asap! Overall a great stay

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was a real disappointment. The floors were noticeably dirty — our feet were black within minutes of walking around the apartment. It was clear this unit hasn't received a deep clean in quite some time, and for the price you'd expect from a vacation rental, that's simply not acceptable. Maintenance: The furniture and appliances show significant wear. Both the beds and the couch sag noticeably in the middle. The dishwasher pod flap was broken and wasn't cleaning dishes effectively. The refrigerator was warm upon check-in, though there is a sticker on the unit explaining that it needs time to cool down after arrival — and to its credit, it did reach a normal temperature by the next morning. It seems power to the fridge may be cut between guests, so plan accordingly: avoid bringing perishables on check-in day. By the following morning, you should be fine. Location: This is truly where the property shines. There's a direct path from behind the apartment straight to the pool, and from there a seamless walkway to the beach. The access was incredibly convenient, and the hose station near the entrance to rinse off sandy feet was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Overall: I would not recommend this specific unit due to the poor cleaning and maintenance standards. However, don't let that deter you from the area — the beach access and convenience of this complex are genuinely excellent. If you can find a better-maintained unit nearby, I'd absolutely encourage it.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends! Clean,modern, &comfy! It was a surprise that we had a partial view of the beach, ocean,& beach kite flyers! So pretty. Everything was simple and seamless with Vacasa too
