LIVING AREAS In the large living room, you’ll find cool tiled floors and ample space to relax. Stretch out on a comfy sectional or a full-size futon and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the open, contemporary kitchen, outfitted with a full range of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the casual breakfast bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the beachy dining table that seats eight. BEDROOMS & BATHS Sleep soundly on a king bed in the light-filled master bedroom. Catch a movie before bed on the flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy access to a balcony that overlooks the town in each of the bedrooms. Things to know NOTE: The Dunes Condominium is located directly east behind the house. It is currently being remodeled due to damage from Hurricane Harvey. The elevator on the property is not available to guests due to insurance and state regulatory restrictions. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
